Contributions to the BAYERPAC are for political purposes. All contributions are voluntary. The suggested contribution level is merely a suggestion and you may contribute more or less than the contribution level requested. Bayer will not favor or disadvantage anyone by reason of the amount contributed or by decision not to contribute. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal.

Contributions to the BAYERPAC are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. Federal Law requires political action committees to report to the Federal Election Commission the name, address, occupation and the name of each employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $200 per calendar year. Collective individual contributions to the BAYERPAC are not to exceed the maximum legal limit of $5,000 per calendar year. Only United States Citizens or persons admitted for permanent U.S. residence under applicable federal law may contribute to the BAYERPAC.
